Discounts? Incentives? Cost?

This is for those who have already purchased a MINI COuntryman. I understand the car is new and is selling well.

1- purchase/lease?
2- down payment?
3- APR percent?
4- mileage terms?
5- lease/finance period?
6- monthly payment?
7- Any incentives or discounting at all?

Thanks in advance to all who reply helpfully. I think answers to these would assist potential future motorists (me) in not getting beat at the dealership.

We just ordered our Mini S Countryman and the dealer only offered 1% off the MSRP. If you belong to Costco, AAA, USAA or any other organization that offers a car buying service, you may be able to do better. We tried this route but the participating dealerships were too far away and one told us that they were re-evaluating their contract prices each month so if we ordered a car (which we were) they couldn't guarantee the current negotiated price.
