Wow! What started as a good experience in buying our new 2012 Countryman is going sour very quickly. A southern Ohio dealership's business office is un-selling an outstanding job by the Mini salesman. There little tactics on coersion into buying extra warranties at $2,300 is bothersome. They put so much fear into you about the future and weaken you into buying extra coverage. Now, they are reluctant to work with us.

It's always your option to say "no". You can also contact the dealership owner and inform them of your dissatisfaction. If that does not get you a resolution, Mini NA would be your next contact. My experience has been that Mini cares so much more about it's customer satisfaction and brand loyalty that these tactics of old should never come to light.
