I was wanting to get a 15% reduction and a 2 % light weight crank pulley.
two things
one: I was wondering how hard it is to install these parts?
two: is the 2 % crank pulley worth it or should i just get a 17 % reduction pulley?

Stick with the 15% pulley and NO crank pulley. The 15% has been proven to be the sweet spot for the MINI with respect to power and heat generated.
The crank pulleys have been known to cause oil pump problems. Your stock crank pulley is a very well designed lighter pulley than what is on the earlier cars.

With a cold air intake, exhaust mod, and 15% pulley you should expect at least 15 extra HP. This is a true real life gain not what is advertised. Add in some JCW injectors and a custom tune you should be able to get 200hp +/-
I am getting 210+ hp with just those mods.

Replacing the injectors aren't that difficult, but you do need some directions. Unfortunately I can't find my directions. Did a quick search online for some and came up empty.
You might want to post this on www.motoringalliance.com and see if anyone has them available. This is a very good site for stuff like this.
