Runflat question

Hi, I'm new to the Mini forum. My wife is looking at buying a Mini. We wanted to switch the runflats over to winter tires on the factory wheels during the winter. The SA at a dealership told us that she didn't recommend routinely removing and re-installing the runflats seasonally because it will wreck them.

Is this true?

If the installer knows what they are doing, shouldn't be a problem.

But yes, there is a chance of ruining the tires.
