Has anyone applied to lease the prototype all-electric Mini? I test drove it yesterday in Manhattan.

I haven't. It's quite a big lease payment correct? I'm curious, how'd it feel compared to the regular mini??

Wish I knew it was available for test drive in the city, I woulda made the trip down!

I haven't driven the regular mini so I can't compare. My test drive was in Manhattan on a rainy day so I was a bit limited. That said, the car handled well and had nice pickup in city traffic. Were you thinking of leasing the electric until you saw the price? Do you drive a regualr Mini?
