potential 2003 mini s buyer

so right now i own a 2001 330i with 1280000 miles. i kinda wanna sell it before anything serious goes wrong. but thats not the point. i think the max i can get for it would be 8000 maybe 8500 because all of the mods. basically what i wanna ask is what would be a guess of how much a 2003 mini s SHOULD cost with around 100k or less? are we talking the 8 grand that i can potentially get or more?
