First mod !!! What to do!?

hey guys new here just got a 2010 mini cooper non s. i wanna do a performance mod to it but dont know where to start! My other car is an 1989 mustang 5.0 so modding this mini is a completly different ball game ! Any suggestions i know parts are limited because the cars a 2010 but anyone know of cold air intake or an ecu mod for it ? thanks guys for any suggestions!:D

Common first mod I've seen is an intake. K&N makes a short ram air intake which is supposed to increase throttle response by giving you a few more HP's. Sound of the intake will also sound better and you'll get a slightly better MPG. Can find one for about $150.

First thing I did was swap out the runflat tires. That's definitely an UPGRADE IMO.
